How we work What we work on Case studies Why a boutique Talk To Us

The plan is easy. Making it happen is the whole job.

Where the impact happens: the plant, the depot, the operation

Any competent firm can produce a sustainability strategy. The document will cite the right frameworks and set targets a board finds credible. Then it meets the operation, and most of it stops.

The Reiv Team method exists for that second act. It runs in four movements, from the first site visit to long after a strategy would normally be filed and forgotten.

  1. 01

    Movement One: Understand the terrain

Before a single target is set, Reiv Team goes to where the impact happens.

That means the processing plant, the distribution center, the tier-two supplier three countries away. We talk to the people who run these places. They already know which numbers are softer than the spreadsheet suggests, and where a well-meaning policy will quietly be ignored.

A carbon plan written without visiting the depot is a guess with a footnote.

    What you get

A picture of the business as it works, which is a different thing from how it appears in a management report.

  2. 02

Movement Two: Plan with you, never over your head

A strategy handed down from outside gets treated as an outside document, which is why Reiv Team does not hand it down.

The planning happens with your team in the room: the sustainability lead who owns the outcome, the operations people who will live with it, the finance partner who has to fund it. Sequence and trade-offs get argued out together, so the plan that emerges is one your organization already recognizes as its own.

    What you get

A roadmap with internal owners attached before it is ever presented upward.

  3. 03

    Movement Three: Deliver beside you

This is where most engagements end and Reiv Team's work continues.

We do not withdraw once the plan is approved. Our people stay embedded through the delivery, doing the unglamorous work that decides whether a strategy becomes a result:

    • Setting up the data collection so next year's report is not a scramble.
    • Sitting with procurement while they renegotiate a supplier contract.
    • Translating a board-level target into something a plant manager can act on this quarter.
    What you get

Momentum that outlasts the kickoff enthusiasm.

  4. 04

Movement Four: Stay after it works

The last movement is the one nobody sells, because it is hard to put on an invoice.

Once a program is running, we stay close enough to catch the drift. A target that looked achievable can slip when a market moves. A reporting process can decay when the person who owned it leaves. Being present after the launch is how we spot that early, while it is still a small correction and not a failed program.

    What you get

A relationship that treats the go-live as the start, with the finish line much further on.

Why the report reads differently

Everything above changes what lands on the final page.

Because we were on site, the report can name the plant and the decision. Because we planned with your team, it speaks in language the board already trusts. Because we stayed through delivery, the numbers describe what happened, in place of what got projected in a workshop a year earlier.

The result is a document a director can read aloud in a meeting and have people nod along to, with no one reaching for the appendix.

The obligation underneath it all

None of this floats free of the rules. Each movement is anchored to the standards a large European company now answers to: the GHG Protocol for carbon accounting, CSRD and the EU Taxonomy for disclosure, the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive for supply-chain responsibility, EUDR for traceable sourcing.

Reiv Team treats those as the grammar of the work. The method is how we make the sentences worth reading.

If your last strategy looked good on paper and stalled in practice, the fix usually lives in one of these four stages. Let us find out which.
